Hey y'all ... does anyone know of any ranges that are open to the public (or retired military) in the Jacksonville Florida area, preferably outdoor ? If so where are they and what are their rates ? Thanks ...

I'm over in Gainesville.

I'm not familiar with the ranges in Jacksonville, but if you're willing to drive a little there is a state range in lake city that is supposed to be fairly decent.

If you drive north about an hour to Brunswick, GA there is a "Shooters of America" gunshop with an indoor pistol range. It is very nice.

Lake City, FL is one of the best public ranges.
