Jungle Carbine Bayonet

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a Jungle Carbine bayonet to go along with my Jungle Carbine. I’m looking for any additional information/history anyone can provide. Here's what I know so far:

W.S.C.- Wilkinson Sword Company
294- Wilkinson, London
X stamp/bend test mark
British Crown Stamp

There is also a stamp on the tang but I can't remember what it is.
Is there any way to track the manufacture date? Again, any additional information/history on this piece would be appreciated.
