Has anyone shot a Keltec P-32 enough to give me an idea of how many rounds one will take without starting to come apart?

I've never heard of one coming apart. The P-32 came out in 1999 and I had a hard chromed one for 10 years. I sold it to a member here and assume it's still working.

I've fired mine a bit, its the typical blued one and I added the pocket clip. This is a durable little gun but the finish isn't. I have around 450 rounds through mine, mostly reloads. It may be a good idea to replace the plastic guide pin that controls the recoil springs with the steel pin available on their website.

I bought one 10 years ago and had problems with extraction right off the bat. K/T replaced the extractor spring and the gun has not malfunctioned in about 1000 rounds. I replaced the recoil spring with a 13lb. from Wolff and also replaced the magazine springs. Considering the price of ammo you will probably loose it before you can wear it out. I dont' have any experience with the newer ones (I don't care for the extractor at all), but if it didn't work I think they would have replaced it by now.

Like man says wear it out they will rebuild or replase I have 3 in 32 at at my house No trouble out of any. 2 are 5 or so years old last one little over a year old. I also changed to the 13 lb recoil spring in mine

Exact same experience for me, but I have about 1300 through mine. It gets carried almost every day, shot a bit about 3 or 4 times a year. Always goes BANG.

32 is a pretty tame round compared to most everything else. I don't like kel-tec, but there should be no worries about wear, anymor than any other gun.
