Kimber Beavertail

I Have a Kimber Ultra CDP pistol and I would like to replace the beavertail grip safety with one with a memory pad. Does anyone know if a standard grip safety like an Ed Brown or a Les Baer would fit? Also has anyone been
successful in removing the rear sight without destroying it? How did you do it.
