knoxx spec ops stock

i was thinking about ordering the knoxx spec ops stock for my mossberg 500, but it says it could be 4 or 5 weeks before they ship it, so before i commit to that, i was wondering if any of you all have tried it? i could use a review or two before i drop over 100 dollars on a new stock. also, im the type that likes instant gratification, so if you know an alternative to this stock that i could order or find at a local gun shop or gander mountain or something, that would be great too.

Just got one for my 870 and going to try it out this Sunday. I'll let you know how it does. Also, look around for other websites or on Ebay. I ordered mine and got it in a week off of ebay. Not only that but if you buy one from blackhawk they run about $185 and they are still about $120 on Ebay.

Absolutely!!!

I 'set-up' an 870 for my daughter, and put the SpecOps on it, for her. (Hers came with the Limbsaver pad already installed on it.)
She had never fired a shotgun before this.

My daughter is about 5'-10" and about 135 lbs.
She had NO problems shooting this 12 ga.
In fact, after shooting the first magazine 'load', she exclaimed, "I LIKE it!"

She fired over 150 rounds of #7-1/2; 00B and slugs on her first outing.

I'm SOLD on the SpecOps stock and so is she.

They even have the SpecOps for the 20 ga Remingtons. (Same receiver as the mdl 7615 Remington and the other semi-auto/pump rifles!)

Give Cabela's; Midway USA; Gander Mtn; or even Cheaper Than Dirt a try.
I think Brownell's carries them, too!

Cabela's and Midway USA advertised them for $109 and change, not too long ago.

starting to get jealous, i tried cheaper than dirt, cabelas, and went to gander mtn, all said give it about a month, gander mountain was the most expensive of the bunch, cabelas and cheaper than dirt were about the same, i've never used ebay before... i suppose i should give it a try. if any of yall know someone that lives in virginia with one i'd be happy to buy it off ya, my job has me all over the state

In california they sell them at Turners outdoorsman for the mossberg and 870 for 119.99 + tax and most guns shops carry them now. Try Buds guns online store i think i saw some on there for a pretty good price. knoxx stock is a quality stock. i'm only 5 7 and way 155lbs and the stock makes it easy to shoot.
