Lee Loader - 303 Savage

Ok, here's a question for the gurus. How different is the neck size of a 30-30 Win vs a 303 Savage? For example, could you use a 30-30 version of the Lee Loader (the old manual kit) to reload 303 Savage cartidges? Or, if they're too different, has anyone successfully converted one of those kits to work with a 303 Savage?
