Texas Governer Rick Perry that is. A few hundred calls from across the country on why he is allowing American citizens to be kidnapped by Mexican soldiers on American soil!!??? And how he may be getting some company from gun owners wiling to make the trip down there to help out.

Just a guess, but I would think he would want this confirmed by someone other than a muckraking "news" source before he made such an accusation.

Confirmed? This stuff has been going on for some time. And I think it is the LEAST we can do is to call and ask what the hell is going on. Just my 2.

Just spoke to the Governers office. They have not heard anything on this.

Neither have I, except of course in the aforementioned Newsmax thread. Maybe the reason we don't hear about this is because it just isn't much of a problem in reality. The Newsmax story doesn't even mention any of the "abducties" by name so the whole thing comes of as a bit sensational to me. Maybe I'm naive, but I believe that if it was a real problem we would hear about it from other sources. No doubt weird stuff happens along the border, but I doubt there are any government conspiricies involved in this.
