My hornady book is well.....very old!!

I have some old bullets laying around that I've had for years, and I know there is variation in load data over time so I'm curious to see what the newer books say.

These are Hornady #2263B (55gr. FMJ HP boat tail) projectiles. I'm loading them in 223 to be used out of an AR for "general purpose" ammo.
I did have to trim the batch of brass down to 1.740" to get them all the same length, and since these are cannelured bullets, I like for them to line up as uniform as possible into each cannelure, and to get a nice uniform crimp.... ya'll know what I'm talkin bout.

I'll be loading with H-335.
I'm getting conflicting information looking through my other manuals on where to begin, especially ones with other 55gr bullets. I'm getting starting loads anywhere from 21gr to 23gr and maximums anywhere from 22.9 to 25.5
I do realize this mostly stems from different length bullets (despite being the same weight) and how much they sit into the case taking up capacity, but other factors as well.

Also, at a first glance my OAL will be on the shorter side by more than just a few thou if I line up the case mouth with the "last available" of the cannelure, meaning my starting charge should be more conservative yet. Brass was resized full length w/ RCBS narrow base die. (This would lead me to believe that pressure also can build sooner with a tenth or two less grains of powder, am I right?)

Any hornady manual info for this particular combo would be most helpful.
Again Hornady #2263B 55gr fmj-hp bt.
H-335

Thanks!

Just FYI... the 55grn HP bullet was discontinued (or out of production...) so there won't be any direct data for it, even in the new manual, but I would use the data anyway. Out of 5 bullets, they seat 4 of them at the same COL (2.2") and the data is the same, the only odd man out is the V-max bullet, which is longer.
