Loaded first 12 38spl...range tomorrow

Well, I'm hoping I got it right. I'm using a Lee Classic Turret. Bullets are 140gr LSWC "cowboy". Powder is W231 using the Lee Auto-disk setting .32 for est 3.5 gr. and Winchester small pistol primers. I'll be taking them to the range tomorrow to see how they do, shooting them out of a S&W mdl 64-3 4" heavy-barrel revolver. Primers all seated flush, crimps at top of case aren't excessive and none were dbl charged. Don't think I forgot anything, did I?

Looks good...just don't forget your eye and ear protection and good shooting.

Sparky, maybe it's just semantics, but the primers should be a tad under flush -- maybe .002" below flush. Your finger tips are the best instruments for judging it.

They are as seated far in as I can pull the lever down. Some were not quite flush and were nippled, so I gave them another pull and seated them as far in as it would let me. I may have to clean the primer pockets with a bronze brush attached to my cordless drill to see if I can seat them in below flush if it is a problem. They may be below flush already, but my sausage fingers are not as sensitive as some others on here.
