I have a nickel plated Hi-power and I would like to purchase a set of walnut grips that have the Browning Medallion inset in them.Anybody know where I can get a set. Thanks

I have 2 h/p's and none have Browning Medallion - stock factory grips. Come to think of it I don't ever recall seing a set.

I saw a Hi-power at a gun show and it had a set of grips w/medallions .They looked great.

I've also never seen a Hi-Power with Browning medallions in the grips but you made me curious. Someone on eBay sells Browning grip medallions for the BDA and the Buckmark. Could you have seen grips that had those medallions inset in them? If so it would be a simple job for someone with the proper size Forstner bit to drill the holes in a pair of Hi-Power grips and epoxy these medallions into them.

You can search eBay for "Browning medallions" if you're interested. The "Buy-it-Now" price is $9.99 and there are several sets currently listed.

I also seen them, the ones that I saw at the show had only a B on the medallion not the buckmark.

That would be me. :D

The grips mrpabst1 is referring to are factory walnut with the Browning "B" (letter B, not Buckhead) medallion set in each grip panel. They came from the factory that way on a few nickel plated HP's. They were not homemade.

The "B" medallions are no longer available, all I have are Buckmark medallions.
