Looking for someone who works on baikal shotguns

I'm looking to slick up the action on my baikal mp220 shotgun without taking the easy route and just replacing the cocking levers/springs.

I'm looking for someone that actually does work on the hinge to improve how far it opens etc. Thus far I have found out about Griner Gunworks (who does the mp220s for Evil Roy). He re works the hinge, but I'm a little weary of the price tag. He asks $250 for the same work that is done as a $130 upgrade on a shotgun if you buy it as a package deal from Evil Roy, at that point it's more practical to buy the whole gun and sell the one I have.

I have also heard of Gunslinger Inc. But I cannot seem to find any contact info or website for him.

Otherwise I'm just looking to see who else is out there that does custom work like that for baikal shotguns.

It will smooth up some in time.
I yanked the auto safety and cleaned up the trigger spring pockets, plus lowered the comb (dims way off from others).
Ended up being a much better gun, but was 26" and I shoulda got a 28".
So away it went.
Even with upgrades and other...........it's still a Baikal.
I do all my own work anyway, but on a cheapy.......no way I'd put $$$$ in it.

Seems a little oxymoronic to me; you can wind up spending more than the gun is worth - similar to those folks who buy a Ruger 10/22 and then replace everything but the aluminum housing with the serial number.....
By the time one is done, one could have bought a better made gun to begin with. JMO, YMMV

It will, I was more referring to how far the action opens than the smoothness of it

Hardly, fixing up the hinge to open wider, make the acton smoother etc runs about $depending on who does it and ho far they go. I've had baikal's, stoge's, remington spartan's etc, the baikal (imo) was the better more solid gun, just needs more smoothing out.
