Well i find myself having some money handy and i want a new knife.
The first order of buisness is, folder or fixed? i quite like the idea of having a nice folder i can just throw it my pocket jacket or something when im on a trip or something.
I already have a HELLE HARDING for a fixed blade and it works fine, still i want some more fixed
even though i don`t "need" one :S
Now, i can either safe my money untill i can buy a Fallkniven (either an A1 or and S1) but don`t think that`s really necesarry.
These are the folder`s i have been thinking about, all benchmade simply because i like the look of them.
Benchmade 10750 VEX Folding Knife 3-1/4" 8Cr14MoV Stainless Steel BP Coated Modified Drop-Point Blade G-10 Fiberglass Handle Black
This one looks good to me because at the price i can get if for i can probably order a sharpening stone (or similar) along with it.
Benchmade 10200 Ambush Folding Knife 4" AUS 8 Stainless Steel Drop Point Blade Aluminum Handle Black
this one i can also buy along with sharpening stuff (i hope)
Ok it seems the list i had shrunk after all so then. Vex or Ambush? this will be for general being outside and cutting things, i dont need (or want) it for any self defence or such, i won`t be carrying it with me every day.
I also want to buy a Glock field knife but that can wait
while you are here, here are some things that look good for sharpening, but i have no idea so educate me please.
