Hi all,
This answer is weird. Winchester in Oct. 1943 had the following problems:
Oct. "Extractors breaking and much time spent in testing and examining Extractors." What's odd is there is a report that in June Winchester Extractors were giving problems in the endurance tests!! It seems is strange that this problem came up so late into Winchester's production run.
