Hello
Is there any type/brand of non-toxic shot that can be used safely in a really old M1897 Winchester? The gun is a 1906 take-down with a full choke. I don't plan on blasting a zillion rounds through it. Just a few so I can brag that I missed a few ducks with a 100 year old shotgun.
Next question kinda along the same lines.
The commies over at IAC/Norinco have a version of their M97 that is a 26" barrelled hunting shotgun. Might be just the ticket for the times that I get a nostalgic old-timey, go hunting urge but I don't want to drag a 100 year old heirloom through the muck and wet. It even comes with a fixed modifed choke which is more versatile than a FC. Does anyone own this version of the IAC M97 clone and what do you think?
Thanks
ZM
