M4 recoil buffer

I am looking or a recoil buffer for my m4 S&W M&P 15- I hate the "twang" my recoil spring makes,

the olymic arms buffer will not fit in my stock. does anyone else make one that fits the compact M4 colapsable stock?

The twang is NORMAL. DO NOT change your buffer tube because of that. I would just learn to get used to the twang, or "sproing" as I lovingly refer to it. Seriously...dont change anything, in fact, you should cherish that noise.

agreed. Just lube the spring a bit to cut down on it.
