Okay, I bought a supply of brass, and I bought the HF chop saw.
Now, I have seen about six different jigs for sale.
Which one do you use, and what is your experience with it?
All recommendations and input are welcomed.

I wouldn't buy a jig. I'd make a jig. All you need is a 2x6, a router to put a channel in it (or even chisel out a channel), and a drill bit (maybe). Personally I would use guard like the guy in this video does http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eu7XHWKuGpk and drill a hole towards the end of the 2x6 like in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAGxcKI6XDc To be clear, I've never formed .300blk, don't own a gun chambered in it, I just don't see any reason to give up more of your money than you have to.

I made my own jig primarily because folks were not offering parts when I got into forming 300 BLK. I cut the cases on the saw a bit long and trim them in a case trimmer to square up the mouth.

Of the jigs that I have seen, they can speed up the cutting process a little. If they cut square every time, you can cut tighter on the chop saw and minimize trimming later.

But, since I put time into forming the cases, I work hard at not losing them.

When using the small hobby cut off saw with the metal blade, let the blade do the cutting, it will last longer. Rapid plunge cuts will shorten blade life. I got about 1400-1500 cuts out of my first blade but it included some experimenting to see what worked best.

Also, check your neck thickness. Mine were ok with R-P cases but other brands, maybe not.

Hope this helps.
