Mentally-Ill Man with expired CHL arrested

Saw the story on AOL news:

Basically, a guy drove from Florida to California because he believed a celebrity was communicating her desire to be with him through his television set. The scary part is, he had an expired CHL.

Totally off topic but that's a lot for a 17 year old to deal with.

Simple solution: Give Shawn a CHP and a .50 Desert Eagle

The fact that somebody in the news had a CHL does not make it a THR topic. It just means that lots of folks have CHLs and some of them wind up in the news.
