Mess with my Colt??

I have a Colt AR 15 A2, preban.I am thinking of modifying it to a A3 flattop. Will this diminish the value?? THANKS!!

Why not just buy another upper and know that it was done correctly?

yea i'd buy a new upper

+1 for the new upper.. the price difference between selling the old one and buying the new one is probably going to be less than the cost to modify, and again, you will know that it is done right..

Do Not modify the Colt upper, it will RUIN the value.
