Then why are they given 6 months to destroy all of the registrations they have on file?

My understanding of the bill is that permits are only issued for private person to person
sales. But we really want know until the MSP gives us the final interpetation on the first of the year. Right now we are operating in transition. The store I work at is now selling handguns over the counter with a NIC's check but still typing up a permit.
