Micigan pistol purchase

I know in Michigan u legally have to obtain a pistol purchase permit even in a private sale. Now a cpl license allows you to buy from a dealer without a p.p.p. From what I understand the f.f.l. will have a form that takes the place of a p.p.p....but what happens in a private sale once a cpl is obtained?

You can download a form called an RI 60 from the State of Michigan website print it and you and the seller fill it out then you take part of it to your local police station.
