Okay, so a couple of years ago I picked up a Kahr CM9. If I carry a semi-auto pistol I carry a spare magazine. When I first got it I used an old cell phone holster for the spare magazine. The metal clip on it finally broke off. Currently I am using a sheath from a Gerber multi-tool. I have looked around online & in stores for a magazine carrier for this size of mag & I am coming up empty. Have any of you found any or if not what do you use that works well.

I don't know much about the Kahr line-up, but it seems as if mag pouches should be available for that gun.
I use a Dale Fricke vertical pouch for my 1911 mags https://dalefrickeholsters.com/product/magpouch-vertical/
I also have a High Noon Tie Breaker that only lists by type of mag single column/double column 9/45 etc., https://www.highnoonholsters.com/concealed-magazine-carriers/leather/tie-breaker
Kahr sells Mitch Rosen holsters on their website ( https://shopkahrfirearmsgroup.com/parts-accessories/kahr-arms/cm9/holsters/ ) which would lead me to believe Rosen would offer a mag pouch for the Kahr in either their full detail or Express lines.

Essentially, you are looking for a single stack carrier. Most 1911 magazine carriers will work just fine. One of my main carry firearms is a single stack, the other is a double. So getting a magazine carrier for the spare in my case is much more difficult. Currently I use 1 of 2 options.
Pitbull tactical universal. Accepts single or double stack magazines. Quite a nice design. Digs a bit in my hip for IWB carry so I am going to add some foam or cushion to the bottom.

Ten Speed carrier. This works very well, comfortable and lightweight. It was designed to carry on MOLLE gear. I put a belt clip through the webbing and it works just fine for IWB carry. Also accepts single or double stack magazines.
