Only one I have seen is free shipping over $150 - same as ericuda and lauderdale mentioned.

Just looked at a few RCBS products and they show a 15% in the price. The code (fsmemorial) is for the free shipping.

Memorial Day Sale - Free Shipping with Promo Code and they seem to have a wide range of things on sale. The shipping promo code is FSMEMORIAL as was mentioned. Over the past several days I have gotten several Midway emails with stuff on sale. They were doing 20% off some Hornady loading components.

I think I saw some Cabela's stuff this morning. Everyone is into the Memorial Day Weekend sale thing.
