Mil-Spec value/price?

Local guy selling SA Mil-Spec 1911 that has a Matte Blue finish. Claims he only shot 350 rounds out of it. First owner. In like new condition with two magazines.
He is asking $375. Assuming he won't come down.... Is this a good price? Great price?

Looks like dealers are asking $500 for these things lately.

Seems like a pretty good deal. If the 350 rounds is accurate, all he did was break it in for you. I have the G.I. model that I paid $450 for new. It has been a great gun.

Sounds like a decent deal.
Make sure he didn't do any "smithing" to it and booger it up.
