Mini-14 folding stock - ATI vs. Butler Creek

I have a couple questions:

ATI

1. If you have an Ultimak rail, will the stock still fit?
2. What is the OAL with the stock folded?

Butler Creek

1. Does anyone have a list of the parts you need to order to use it as a second stock? I know you can use your existing parts if you have a wood stock. I want to set it up as a second, drop in stock.

2. Overall length? (OAL)

I was just about to tell you to go post that question over at the PU but I can see you already did .

I have the ATI on mine with the 16" barrel. The OAL to the rear of the stock is 25 1/8, but the base of the pistol grip extends out a little farther making the OAL about 26 1/2
