The two major online gun auction sights that most of us are familiar with are Gunbroker.com and AuctionArms.com. I know that I use them to shop for my firearms wants list.
I found a "lesser" gun auction sight that is very interesting:

It is not a major player, but it has an auction going on now and it has a real mix of the everyday to the exotic. Stuff from a few hundred bucks to over $12K. I look mostly for modern firearms, but some of the guns are from the early 1800's and are quite interesting from an historical standpoint.
