Missouri Gun Rights Raffle
Missouri as many of you know passed a LTC law this year, but there was a small flaw that the anti’s are using to stop issuing in a few counties.
The grassroots groups, “one person really, Tim Oliver was the person taking this responsibility www.learntocarry.com†in Missouri put together a great legal team to work with our Attorney General Jay Nixon and the NRA legal team. They all did an outstanding job of getting us were we are today with over 80 out of 114 counties issuing carry permits. The other good news is that Missouri’s bill has recognition in it, and that means that all out-state permits are honored in Missouri.
Our legal team has billed out over $100.000 and this is being paid for by donations to the “Legal Defense Fund†and this great 5 gun raffle. The raffle will be held in Columbia, Missouri on Saturday, June 19, 2004.
One of these guns is a Kimber Pro CDP-II, others include Ruger SP101 and several others additional items including 4 Learn to Carry Classes www.learntocarry.com. There are new prizes added as word spreads.
You can go to www.moccw.org and click on the raffle link, tickets start at 1 for $5.00 or 5 for $20.00. You don’t need to be present to win.
