This seminar will provide the student with an arsenal of proven techniques to fend off or disable an attacker. Students will be placed in simulated scenarios to inoculate them to the stress of an attack and build confidence. The techniques are selected from several disciplines to include Traditional Combat Ju Jitsu. Learn why unarmed does not mean unprotected. No Martial Arts experience needed.
