Molle Load Carrier w/ Vest (AR specific)

I'm looking for a decent(not airsoft) yet not to expensive Molle style load bearing vest that can be quickly thrown on top of a Ranger/Interceptor style ballistic vest or worn alone.

I will probably set it up with 4x-double mag pouches in a row on my stomach that hold 2-30round AR magazines a piece. I would prefer Molle straps the sides and back but i might go with one of those apron style chest rigs instead of a full coverage vest. I might add a radio/cell phone pouch,flashlight pouch,and knife pouch but i don't want a bunch of gidjet gadgets clustered on my vest as it will likely only be used for rifle courses and plinking.

I already have an OD USGI gun web belt that i can clip alice pack 3-30round mag pouches and others if i need more capacity and will probably run an undecided(specter?) drop down molle thigh rig off of it on both sides for my pistol holster and extra mag pouches on the other side to balance out the weight of the pistol. I haven't decided if i should get the padded suspenders for the web belt or how that would work with a ballistic vest and load carrying vest. I suppose I could just clip them on when not using the vest.

If you could just mention the brand names that aren't airsoft toys or the ones to stay away from i could narrow down my search.

My ranger vest accepts plates front and back so that isn't really a necessity as i wont be wearing the ballistic vest. I just want them to be compatible.

I have my eye on a BlackHawk Enhanced Commando Recon(only $109) for a low profile rig with 8 individual magazine pouches already integrated into the design so i don't have to spend another 200 dollars in 8 $20 mag pouches. I like how much molle strap area is left for different configurations. The only problem i can see is not being able to use padded suspenders with my USGI web gun belt in conjunction with the padded chest harness.

I like the tacticaltailor.com MAV 1 piece vest but it would run about $160 with the chest bib and four-2x mag pouches.
