More on MIsfiring Mak

I took my misfiring Makarov out for a second run today. I again had two or three misfires. When I fired the round in question double action, the round went off. I then switched the slides on my two EG Maks and had no misfires with either frame through two mags each. I have a new mainspring on order. Any comments or suggestions? I have detail stripped the pistol, cleaned the firing pin and firing pin well, and do not see a problem. I do not believe the safety is accidentally being put on. My next step will be to try the pistol with a new mainspring.
