I loved how he referred to chicken nuggets made from chicken breasts as "chicken tits" and made it sound disgusting and unsafe to eat. His films are mockumentories

Yup. Mr. - pay to see me engage in an activity which the manufacturer never expected of its customers, never endorsed nor even hinted at as being normal consumer behavior and then listen to me rail at the effects. Oh, and thank you for the small fortune and notoriety you've passed my way as a result. Yup, that Yo Yo.

To be fair, I think he was trying to show what a heavy diet of that "food" will do to someone over time. There are people who eat that all the time. Granted, moderation is the key. There was a guy on there who ate a Big Mac every day and was totally healthy besides a slightly higher than normal cholesterol.

I'm sure it will be slanted and if you choose to watch it, you must find the humor in it: He will most likely interview tin foilers, which usually make for a good laugh. There will probably be a riveting scene of him at the doctors getting tested for lead poisiong because of stomach pains, but it will probably be just a case of cyclospora from the organic berries he ate earlier in the day. Better yet, a day at a range where upon the first shot of the gun, he breaks down and cries and calls his wife to coddle him over the guilt of using a deadly weapon... It could be good.

Fact or fiction aside, McDonald's is disgusting, barely-food. You can eat better for less money with a little forethought, than trying to get by on its dollar menu garbage.

As an aside, I find it interesting how many people who regularly carry, or think about personal safetry(from "goblins"), ignore their health and fail to see a warrior mentality isn't just about the artificial contrievences we use (be it gun, knife, or staff) but also about ones physical health being the best it can be, for their age, condition, etc. I'm not a monk, I'll eat fast food on occasion, but I recognize any regular intake of that kinda thing WILL decrease your long term survivablity. Whether it means you get bested in a fight for your life, or diabetes takes years off the tail end of your time on the earth.

As a former documentary maker, and news guy, I can tell you middle of the road pieces don't get attention. Extremes are what sell. But the American culture is one of extremes as everybody knows.

Getting worked up over it seems premature. I may watch it, I may not. I won't give up range time for TV. I won't give up a run or lift for a TV show. If its on when its convienient I may give it a watch. Sons of Guns does more to make gunnies look bad than any limousine liberal could ever hope for, IMO.
