I just picked up one of the MossBerg 410 Home Security shotguns. I bought a couple boxes of 3" RIO shells...#4, #6 and some #7.5's I don't know if its the gun or the shells but its a struggle to pump that little rascal. The RIO shells were half the price of the Winchester & remington so I guess I will pick up and try some more shells. I really like the size of the pump and the front grip so I'm going to find some ammo that will work in this shotgun.

How does it cycle with no shells? If it cycle fine with no shells try some Remington 410s they always cycled the best for me in my 870 in 410. I've never tried RIO shells myself.

^^ on the cleaning; plus - is this the one with the vertical foregrip? IMO, those are harder to work smoothly due to the torque you pout on them while working the pump. Also, get yourself some 410 buckshot for HD, or even slugs
