Mossberg 500 Combo for $285?

Did I just get a steal?

12 ga Mossberg 500 w/28" Multi-Choke barrel, plus an 18.5" barrel, synthetic stock plus a pistol grip kit for $285 NIB?

Shipping and tax brought it to $321.

I wouldn't call it a steal, but depending on where you live, it's a pretty good deal. I live in a suburb of Chicago, where prices a somewhat high, and paid About $345 OTD for the same combo, so you got a better deal than I did. Even at the price I paid, I've been very happy with this shotgun. Let us know how it shoots.

In my first post, I failed to consider, I bought my gun about a year and a half ago. Prices have gone up since then, so you probably got a better deal than I first thought. In any case, you still found a better deal than I did. Enjoy!

I paid $285 OTD about a year ago for my combo w/ wood furniture. Sounds like a decent deal for a great combo. It's great to be able to shoot skeet and then swap barrels for HD duty.

I Picked up this combo at http://www.galleryofguns.com. I used their "gun genie" to search Mossberg 500's and it came up with a few pages of options. This combo was tucked down towards the bottom of the list. Their item # 51482. Here's the URL to the product page:

290 otd, but that was a year ago, 20in ba with accuchokes, 28 in trophyslug barrel, and a scope in walnut. I say you got a very good deal.
