The process continues!
Total mods to date:

*20 LPI checkering on the grip frame, undercut trigger-guard, 30 LPI checkering under the trigger guard to help lock in the off-hand.

*Aluminum checkered flat mainspring housing and mag-well funnel.

*New long trigger with overtravel stop and trigger job. The trigger breaks at 2-1/2lbs., has virtually no take-up or overtravel and the reset is super-short.

*Aluminum magazine base-pad/extension with 20 LPI checkering on the front. This allows me to get a full four-finger grip without compromising concealability.

*Custom American Holly Grips

Is the grip length on the detonics the same as an officer frame or shorter? Was wondering if you could use a 7 round officer made with a spacer around the base of the mag.

It's shorter than the Officer's by a little bit. Now that I've added the mag-well funnel it's probably pretty close. I'm fine with the six+1 magazine, but my reloads are Chip McCormick 10-shots.
