I should have been more clear. I've been using a (fixed in position) Magpul M93 on my AR10 for several months. Using a stock M93, all I needed to make it work was the custom buffer and an Armalite AR10 operating spring shortened by 3 coils. The buffer was designed and made by Paul Castillo; it's SS and tungstun.
When I bought the M93 from Rich Fitzpatrick (owner of Magpul), I showed him Paul's buffer. He got on the phone and talked to Paul to license manufacture of the buffers. Rich said that he was planning to offer a M93 + buffer + spring (right length from Wolff) kit for AR10 use.
