my new 1908 Brazilian Mauser

this if my first mauser. picked this up at a local gun show, not sure if i paid too much(450$) but i love it anyway.all matching numbers near mint stock with all deep and crisp stampings and cartouche. blueing is almost 100% except for butt plate. rifling looks perfect like it was never fired.

If the gun was worth more to you than the $450, then you didn't pay too much. I have paid more than market for some specific firearms, but I have yet to regret it. That is an awesome looking rifle. How does the bore look?

By the looks of all that machining, that is a real beauty!
