my new christmas toy....

Picked up a new toy for christmas.... (i'm so excited!) Got a chinese sks-d with 30 rd mag, origional 10 rd mag, and a pretty nice short, 4x28 scope for $250. the stock is perfect except 1 very small nick by the reciever, and i got the cleaning kit, sling, solvent 'can' etc. Even have the origional receiver cover (apparently the origional owner bought a second one to mount the scope on). all serials match. Looks like its gonna be a blast to shoot, and looks great too (and still can be put back to origional config easily). I think i got a pretty nice deal. hope to post pics of it soon.

Congrates. My cheap Yugo SKS is a ton of fun to shoot, I'm sure yours will be the same. Look forward to seeing pics

SKS's are the most fun gun I own. I can't imagine what it would be like with a good 30 rd magazine.

Ditch the scope! The SKS is a great iron sights gun and a horrible scoped gun. Have fun!
