Holster on the way (as above), P238 sure to follow at some point (when the next batch comes in).

Thanks for the orders, my family really appreciates it.

You guys are going to love your P238's, it is a fine little gun.

does anyone on this thread know for sure(have you tried it) if the colt mustang grips will fit the sig 238

also does anyone know of any wood grips made for the sig yet?

or anyone wanting to trade wood sig grips for the black sig grips brand new used for 1 week??

thanks

The idea of condition one pocket carry sort of gives me the willies

In ten years the safety of my mustang has never disengaged without my purposefully doing so. I have spoken to a few others who had your same viseral reaction to a cokced and locked pocket gun. I suggested that they carry it empty chamber saftey on for a while and see if the safety ever came off. I have never heard of it happening from these people or anyone else.

The guns should of course be carried in a quality pocket holset. Do that and you'll be fine. Other people get freaked out by DA guns with no manual safety. In both cases a quality holster and proper gun handling is sufficient to keep you safe in that respect.

First is the SIG 238 followed by a close 2nd with the Kahr P380 and 3rd would be the Ruger LCP. After that there are no other 380's that I would consider as a CCW.

You would carry a p238 and not a mustang? That is very ironic, how about a pony?
