its the Faux carbon fiber look 5.5inch. i already ordered a tasco red dot for it. i plan on painting everything a dark silver or black order the S&W target wood grips, and doing some minor detail work on the mechanicals. plan for this one is a target pistol and would like to get into some steel plate matches with it.

ya the M66 only had 6 rounds of .38 ranthrough it for a function check when after my grandpa bought it. i recently took it to the range for the first time since 1977 and put 18rounds of 158gr .357 HP's and its a tack driver for sure.

Your gonna love that .22A! I also like the carbon look, differant but nice.
I added a cheap Tasko red dot to mine and can do 2" groups at 50' and 3" @ 70'
Wich is amazing to me as ive only shot guns with iron sights,i also found that after shooting 300 rounds threw my .22 i was alot more accurate with my 1911 despite its iron sights.I spent almost 2 hours at the range and shot it until my fingers hurt from loading the mags and i figure i spent about $10 on ammo that day.Usually is $80-$150 for ammo a trip with my .45's
Also very reliable, easy to take down and clean and priced better than most.
Yeh im a little biased about this little gun :)
