My two SKS Carbines

Nice rifles. I have a '52 Tula with all matching parts, though not in as good condition as yours appears to be. How do you like those Tapco 20 rounders?

Don't you have some 922r compliance issues by putting the Tapco mags in otherwise (I'm assuming) unaltered SKS rifles?

Nice carbines BTW.

I am assuming the detachable mags are photoshopped in, and the rifles actually have the original 10rd fixed mags? Detachable mags are definitely a 922r violation unless the parts count is under 10 imported parts.

Both have Tapco 20rd mags. Original mags are in storage. Both rifles are matching numbers.

Methinks you will soon be back to the OEM magazine. At least that is what happened to me.

I have Tapco mags as well, but as other posters have said, it is the Tapco mags that usually end up in storage as the original finds its way back on the gun. Loading with stripper clips is just too easy.

IIRC, the Tapco mags + an aftermarket stock will bring you back into compliance and the aftermarket stocks have a slightly wider magwell so changing mags is easier. I did that for a while, but my SKS is back to stock now and will stay that way.
