Mystery light from gun show, thoughts?

So i was at a gun show last weekend (The nations gun show in Dulles VA) and i found a pretty neat little light for $60 bucks. Its a HiLight p20, it says its max output it 230 lumens and it has a strobe function which personally i love. I didnt believe the 230 lumens output at first, but he compared it to a $450 surefire that was rated for 170 and it was noticably brighter. Does anyone know anything about this manufacturer / this light? It seems like a great light, it is a little on the larger side, but, for the price it seems awesome. Did i get ripped off? or do you really not need to spend 2 to 6 hundred dollars to get a decent weapon light anymore?
