speaking of Mythbusters, I'm watching a re-run right now and they just fired a .50BMG into a pool.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but these guys are in Cullyforneeya right?
Aren't .50 cals against the law there?
According to the mythbusters, you'd be safe from a .50BMG fired from 10ft away at a 23° angle in 3-4 feet of water. In fact, the bullet fragmented before hitting the block of balistics gel at the bottom.
