The NCSU rifle team is an NCAA sponsored collegiate rifle team which competes in the SouthEastern Air Rifle Conference (SEARC) and the Great American Rifle Conference (GARC). They have won 4 straight SEARC Championships and placed in the top 20 nationally.
For those interested, or who have kids who might be interested, rifle is a collegiate sport in which scholarships can be earned. If you're interested in learning more about the sport in college, how to get there, or other programs around the country, let me know.
