Brother-in-law says he needs two new magazines for my sister's 1970's vintage Walther PP .380. Says Gander Mountain told him he's have to get them from the manufacturer. I said "aint so". Midway has them in .32 ACP but none for .380. Can someone point me to another reliable retailer they would buy from please? Thanks all. Don

Mec-Gar makes an excellent replacement magazine for Walther PP & PPK/s
Only problem right now would be finding some in stock somewhere.

All Walther PP & PPK/s use the same magazine as they use the same frame.
The PPK uses a different frame and the mag is shorter by 1 round.

Brownell's page I linked had .380 PPK/s MecGar mags in stock.

That's what you need to order for the PP.

Also, here is the real deal if you want that.

You know what folks? I had a "brain fart". For some reason (I've been out of the Walther game for years) I forgot the PPK/S was the PP frame with the PPK slide, that they came up with to satisfy that goofy GCA68 law (along with the grooved trigger). Sorry for my loss of important memory. Thanks to all as always. Don

PS: Links sent to brother in law. Again thank you all. Don
