Now that I have my R55 benchmark working 100% with bipod and suppressor, I am in the market for a new scope. These are the parameters:
1) Shooting from 25 yards to 100 yards, I would say 70% of the time I will shooting from the bench at 50 yards.
2) There will be some dusk shooting, but I can limit myself to pure daytime shooting if it means I get a better scope
3) I don't want to go over $500
4) I need a fine cross-hair, as I am shooting small targets.
5) What ever I get has to fit a Weaver base (I currently have 1" low rings on my rifle).
So what say you?
And is it worth going to a 30mm tube vs 1"?
Mildots would be nice or some other way to change rapidly from 50 yards zero to 25 yard zero.
