Need a part for a Titan T18

I know this is a long shot but I work with a guy that has a Titan T18 .22 revolver that was his grandfather's revolver and was carried by him on a daily basis. However, it does not have the crane on it anymore. He tells me that it looks alright, the cylinder just does not swing out, it comes out. I know that this is a long shot and that this probably will cost more than the gun is worth, but he would like to get it into shape for sentimental reasons. Any ideas where he might could fine one?
