Hey guys I have a USP compact 45 and I cant seem to find a comfortable holster for it, I have a kydex paddle holster for it, it draws great and its comfortable as hell but it doesnt conceal well.

I really dont like IWB cause I dont want to have that huge hermoroid looking buldge in my pants (im 21 so appearance is everything in my prime)

And ideas for a good leather holsters with webstores to buy one(link) would be greatly appretiated. :)

www.brommelandgunleather.com is another place you may want to check. He's gotten great reviews from the folks over at 1911.forum.com. Milt Sparks is another well renowed holster maker. Neither one of them has had a single bad review that I am aware of.

The problem is that the USP is really bulky. Talk with the holster makers above about your options, but you may want to consider switching gun platforms altogether. A 1911 is a full size that's far easier to conceal IWB (thanks to its slim profile), but I don't know how I'd approach hiding that USP. Maybe an under-the-shoulder rig?

Take a serious look at the Watch Six by Milt Sparks. It is an IWB that is made of very thin leather. The thin leather helps to make up for the blockiness of the USPc.

if i didn't want to carry IWB i'd probably be using a Galco "Concealable" belt holster. they're pretty good for the price and retension is good. just an opinion.

Im looking at the watch 6 from milt sparks, and im wondering how it is worn? side of hip, MOB, etc? Does anybody have any pics of it on? Or have one and can tell me what its like. Thanks

I've been carrying my usp40c in a dillon pancake since Ohio got CCW.

It is comfortable, rides high enough that I don't have to worry about it showing from under my shirt or jacket, and is very reasonably priced. I've had the holster for more than 5 years. The best part is they are in stock.

You can find them at the dillon web site

Hope that helps,

Ironman: worn on the hip, or just behind.

Wildalaska: You, sir, are a bad bad man... :D
