Maybe I'm going crazy, but I thought that earlier this year the governor signed into law the ability to keep a firearm in your car in the parking lot of your employer even if your employer does not allow weapons on the premises. There's a big discussion here in the office right now and I need to show this to HR, but I can't find the actual law anywhere. Does anyone have a link? I've looked through the SLED handgun laws section and all I find is the part saying that you can have a gun in your car. But then there's the section that says a business/employer can ban them. Can anyone help?
