Need help with MEC Bushings

I have an old MEC VERSAMEC 700 that an old guy from church gave me and it is in perfect condition but I need to know if the powder bushings are the same for 12 and 20 GA? Do I need different charge bars for each also?

Charge bars are the same.
Shot & powder bushings are the same.

Unless you have an old press that doesn't use S&P bushings.
Then the charge bars are not the same.

Just not the same shot & powder charges for the two different gages.

Yep. I've got a MEC Grabber in 12 ga. and an ancient 600 jr. in 20 ga. Powder bars and bushings are completely interchangeable between the two presses.

Progressive MEC charge bars don't interchanged with single stage. In addition, 12 ga uses larger bushing that throw more powder than a 20. You also shouldn't use a 1 1/8 shot bar in a 20. So yeah, they may interchange but be careful. I load 4 different gauges and sometimes swap the 7/8 charge between the 12 and 20.
