need help with my new barrel

Hey all, I picked up an EFK stainless ported barrel for my glock 36 but it won't feed my gold dot 45 acp ammo at all. It catches on the feed ramp. What do y'all suggest I do? Polish the ramp? It looks like some material may need to be ground off very slightly but i dint want to ruin a 200 dollar barrel. Any help would be awesome.

Yeah that's what I'll do later. I was just curious if anyone has had the same issue and what they did.
