Since UT now has reciprocity with NV, I have been sorting through the NV laws pertaining to CCW. I can find no prohibition on carrying in Casinos. For the NV brethern, do you know of any such prohibition? If so, where can I see it?

There's no law against carrying in a casino to my knowledge.

It's private property and if discovered you can/will be asked to leave. If you refuse, Metro comes and you are cited for trespass and escorted out.

Just make sure your concealed is really "concealed." Open carry would be disastrous in a casino.:banghead:

if you are a visitor

you do not have to register your guns in clark county, only if you move there.

As far as casino carry, my girlfriend (well ex now) and I snuck her little chi dog into Hard Rock Las Vegas . we got caught and while carrying some luggage out my shirt lifted up over my glock....so she had to carry all the luggage out as I wasn't allowed back in:neener:
Here in Reno I've only seen one sign.(tiny little sign, easy to miss) If we only had an indoor shooting range Reno would be heaven.

I can see I'm not clear....in NV private business may prohibit ccw BUT all they can do is ask you to leave.
If you refuse to leave THEN you get a ticket for trespassing.

3 years ago during Burningman I opened carried at a health food store/ cafe with all the San Francisco hippies there. One pretty cute gal asked me if I was "I was a cop" I replied with "why? is someone breaking the law somewhere?"
